Shady Grove Animal Clinic has changed the way phone calls are handled in order to reduce call waiting times. Now callers will hear an automated main greeting and then six menu options to choose from. Please listen carefully to all options before making a choice. Here are the options:
*If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please press 0
*To check-in for your pet’s appointment or to drop-off, please press 1
*To make a payment, please press 2
*To speak to a receptionist regarding an appointment, please press 3
*If you have a medical question and need to leave a message for a doctor or technician, please press 4
*If you are calling for food or a prescription refill, please press 5
We kindly ask that you only use the first option if it is truly a life threatening emergency.
